I was getting married and at the last minute needed to find a hair salon to help with my hair and the Cat Walk Salon was able to help me and got in with an amazing stylist who not only made my hair look astonishing for my big day but also made me feel like the bell of the ball. The whole staff was so warm, welcoming, caring and phenomenal, they even set up a photo opportunity with their StarWars cutouts as it was a star wars themed wedding (May4th). The salon and the staff made me feel like I was of the family and so comfortable that I did not want to leave. Thank you for making my special day a memorable time from start to finish.

I loved Sunita and Dima but the older lady who did my hair who apparently has more experience first forgot heat protectant, pulled so hard on my hair, hurt my scalp with a sharp brush and was so rough my hair was falling out when I was removing the excess of product she used. I will probably not return unless I'm absolutely sure I get the stylist I booked and not a substitute. I was very upset about how badly my hair was done especially for the day of photos. Extremely disappointed and the hair looked awful compared to the days before. Definitely not worth the amount I paid yesterday, especially considering she blow dried my hair when it was dry without heat protectant and completely fried it.

I had a great barber/mens cut with Zak. It felt good to support a local business, the owners also support social and animal welfare causes in the community. They also have a selection of Canadian made hair products.

Joanne and all the staff have always been welcoming , knowledgeable and pleasant to be around! What a great team from management down! My stylist Nicole did BY far the best style and colour I’ve ever had on my fine hair, i’ve never had more compliments ???????? I loved the Christmas decor, adorable Christmas headbands and outfits they were all wearing the past few weeks - really brings up the Christmas spirit! For both children and adults!! ????‍???? It’s disappointing to see someone come on Google slam others appearances on social media or shame what they are wearing…(not knowing a thing about them or their day) vs making things right and voicing their concern directly to the owner. If a business disappoints you first try fixing it there…..kindness and communication goes along way. ????

Extremely disappointed by my visit on Saturday morning to have my gel nails filled. My nails look awful but I didn't have the heart to tell the esthetician. She's a very sweet young girl that just needs some direction and teaching while learning her craft. However, while having my nails done, I listened to Joanne mock and speak very derisively about the clients that were calling in on the phone for over an hour. I certainly won't ever call there again. When I went to the front to pay for my service, Joanne looked as though she had just rolled out of bed. Makeup and hair an absolute mess and a childish hair band with a christmas tree on it. I just can't justify paying over $100 to listen to the management make fun of clients, speak very rudely to the staff AND have nails that look awful. Joanne definitely makes the staff there nervous and brings down the vibe of the place. Professionalism comes from the top down. The staff are amazing. The "Manager" is not. edit: Catwalk called me to ask if they could make this right and scheduled me an appointment to have these nails "fixed", as in completely re-done. The appointment was to be today. Then I received a call yesterday afternoon asking to re-schedule. Apparently this entire story was not shared with the staff because i was asked to re-schedule with the girl that initially made the errors in the first place. Very disappointed in Catwalk. Have asked for a refund, but am doubtful that will happen. Edit: Offering a re-do by the very person that made the errors in the first place is not making this right. Asking me to come in during my work hours - that were made very clear - is not making this right. Will not be back, 10/10 would not recommend.

Was my very first professional hair cut being an adult. I usually cut and dye my own but was convinced to finally go. I could not be happier. The vibes in the salon were unbelievably friendly. I went to see Nicole and she was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond for me. I have issues with pain and was unable to stay the whole time. She was wonderful and had me come back in the afternoon and she worked overtime to finish my hair. I will be definitely going back. Thank you again Nicole for my amazing hair colour and cut, i feel super beautiful and confident. Also super thank you for working with me and working overtime to finish my hair, I will definitely being coming back to see you!

Just got my nails done at the Catwalk! (Gel extensions) Thai did my nails, she is amazing. So sweet, a perfectionist and did an outstanding job ( no bumps, super smooth and well shaped ) I will definitely be coming in again!
