I have NEVER had such an amazing experience at a spa like this before. The staff here treat you like royalty. The prices are amazing and the ginger tea and goodies were delightful. I had an amazing experience at the spa and felt completely rejuvenated. Souad, straight from Morocco, provided an exceptional Moroccan bath service, and I left feeling refreshed and revitalized. The owner, Nour, warmly welcomed me with a tour and explained the treatments in detail, making me feel comfortable and well taken care of. I’m truly grateful for the outstanding service and will definitely be returning with my family. This would make a perfect birthday gift for anyone looking for relaxation and luxury.

Wow! When the reviews said you'd feel like a princess for a few hours, they weren’t kidding. The treatments and hospitality truly make you feel pampered! Souad makes you feel completely comfortable while getting every bit of dead skin. She's said she's been doing this for years back in Morroco and she's absolutely amazing. And thank you to the owner as well for showing me around! I'll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to my friends and family.

As the receptionist in the building where Elite Spa & Hammam is located, I get to see firsthand how incredible this place is! Every time a guest walks out, they look completely relaxed, it’s clear they’ve just had an amazing experience. The staff here are some of the friendliest, most professional people I’ve ever met. They go above and beyond to make every guest feel welcome and truly cared for. The spa itself is pure luxury, from the beautiful design to the calming atmosphere, everything about it is designed to create a one-of-a-kind experience. I also have the pleasure of working alongside the owner, and she is one of the most compassionate and thoughtful individuals I’ve ever met. Her dedication to creating an exceptional experience for every guest and her genuine care for everyone around her is truly inspiring. Elite Spa & Hammam is truly a gem in Calgary. I constantly hear wonderful feedback from guests, and it’s so clear that this place is special. If you’re looking for an unforgettable spa experience, I can’t recommend them enough!

It takes me a lot to write a review but this spa is definitely deserving. Elite medi spa is Absolute BLISS!!! I came here for the very first time to celebrate my birthday by myself. This was my first Hammam, and most definitely will not be the last. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with welcoming and warm energy. The interior of the building is beyond thought out, and truly transports you into a luxurious state of mind. The owner is amazing, extremely passionate and proud of her spa which truly brings the whole experience together. To begin, I was greeted with a consult, going over everything that the treatment has to offer. I was taken through all the products used in the procedure and had it explained to me that all products used are sourced from their original origin. I was then brought into a wonderful, relaxing room with a sauna, provided a robe and a refreshing bottle of Stillwater and chocolates. After a relaxing bask in the sauna, I was retrieved and invited into the hammam steam room. Now this is where the true serenity starts. Two of the most lovely, welcoming spa employees welcomed me into the steam room and helped me onto the wonderful heated tile counter. From the moment I laid my head down I experienced utter bliss from head to toe, start to finish. Both of the wonderful employees insured there was not one piece of dead skin left on my body. I have never felt more clean or more at peace in my whole life. My hair was washed, I received Massage, moisturization, a mini facial, exfoliation, and the sensation of being rinsed with buckets of water. My skin has never EVER been this soft and clean. After the treatment, I was escorted to a private room with snacks, and Turkish coffee, waiting for me. I was able to relax and unwind under the heated blanket. staff checked on me, and ensured if I needed anything they were just a step away. I have never felt more comfortable and content, this experience was the absolute princess treatment. I cannot put into words how truly amazing this experience was. Not only was the spa itself beautiful, and the procedure, life-changing, but the staff was also impeccable, and truly enjoyed what they were doing. Staff showed that they cared, and kindness was demonstrated in their work. I could not recommend this spa more. Thank you for the wonderful experience !

Authentic Hammam is here, and only here. Here is why: 1. The moment you walk through the door, you are entering a professional paradise. You have your own clean and pleasant change room with vanity, perfectly white robe, water bottle for hydration. Washroom is around the corner. 2. The treatment starts with dry sauna to warm up your bones, and followed by gorgeous stream room with top products, but most importantly, highly trained technicians. Laying fully exposed on a stone, I never felt uncomfortable during washing, exfoliation and rinsing steps. Confident technicians know what they are doing, and often check in to ensure pressure is good and I am relaxed. 3. After exfoliation, rinsing and optional cold plunge (cold water bowl poured above), I enjoy when I get oil or lotion as an option for moisturizing. You are standing and the product is applied to you before they put your robe back in the very end. 4. My favorite part is a relaxation zone with hot tea and delicious middle east treats. Care, respect and quality of service is top notch, and I am always excited to book my Hammam.

Elite Hammam Medi Spa is the place to go if you you're looking for a traditional hammam,Morrocan or Turkish.It's my 3rd time here now,twice with my husband and once with my girlfriend and still very happy with the service I/we have received and I highly recommended to friends and they're happy they have gone. From the start to finish is very smooth sailing. Noor the owner was so friendly,engaging,very nice and she makes you so comfortable being there. The Hammam service we got comes with 15-20 min infrared sauna,1hr of your Hammam scrub time and once you are done the ladies that do the service or Noor herself will usher you to this very zen lounge area where you have your choice of tea and some sweet treats. Oh, and to top it all after sitted, they'll wrapped your legs with nice heated blanket to keep you cozy while drinking your tea and enjoy the rest of your relaxing time at the spa.We have never felt rushed at all.
