I had a fantastic massage session with Joshua Cabuco. He was professional, attentive, and really took the time to understand what areas needed focus. The pressure was perfect, and I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. You can tell he genuinely cares about his clients’ well-being. Highly recommend him if you're looking for a skilled and thoughtful massage therapist.

I am new to Victoria and when I pulled a muscle in my back and had this tight knot causing me excruciating pain I did not have a doctor I could see so I just lucked out by finding Equilibrium. The process of booking online was very easy and when I arrived, Alex was amazing. I didn’t say where the pain was, but he found it instantly and somehow gently and expertly unknotted those muscles. We talked about ways I could prevent the same problem happening again and I felt so terrific at the end of the session that I would like to make massage a regular part of my self-care.

This is a healing center that you won't regret visiting. They have all kinds of therapies to fix injuries. I've been here twice, and both times have been fantastic. I was lucky to find an appointment with a hip specialist named Dasz. After reading my intake form, he asked me about past therapies, physical activities, and healing goals. Dasz watched me perform some exercises to assess my range of motion so he could see where my problems were before starting with the therapy. I'm into deep tissue because I can handle pain, and I know how beneficial it is to get rid of the scar tissue and blockages you could have. It's hard to find someone so knowledgeable who will describe the issues as he feels them. He found the needling spot on the back of my hamstring and proceeded to work on it. I was sweating ???? while deep breathing, trying to imagine how relieved I would feel the following day. My traps were also tense from all the sitting down and keyboarding had done. It's hard to describe how fluffy I felt after my last visit. Big thanks for all your hard work. I'll be back soon!

I got a wonderful treatment done by Lindsay K. She knew exactly what my body needed to get some instant relief. Her music was very relaxing and her energy was calm! HIGHLY recommend her services. I have never liked acupuncture before and....now i look forward to the treatment!!!

My poor body has survived so much and I have received the most incredible service at this clinic. I have left every appointment feeling cared for and respected. The staff are lovely, professional and welcoming. Cannot recommend enough. I am more than happy to pay any fee, any time ✌???? Thank you so much for all that you do!

I was charged $70 for showing up at the wrong location. They have two locations and I showed up at the wrong location, my bad for not checking but being charged for $70 for that is crazy. When I arrived at the wrong location, I informed the receptionist that I don’t own a vehicle and would not be able to get to the other location within reasonable time. The receptionist failed to disclose how much the cancellation fee to me at the time. She only offered to book me another therapist during the same time frame of that day, and told me that if there’s cancellation fee they would contact me. (My original appointment was at 8am, and she booked me with another therapist at the location I arrived for 8:30am and I thought since I’m getting a massage from the clinic I arrived I wouldn’t be charged for the cancellation fee.) However, I was not informed about the charge of cancellation fee at all when it was charged to my credit card. The receptionist also did not inform me how much the cancellation fee would be at the time. It’s a shame that clinic would do such thing (money hungry much?) how many people check their credit card transactions regularly? Also I can see the response by the owner was simply “let’s blame everything on the customer cos we cannot do no wrong” which really comes to show their business model, MONEY COMES BEFORE CUSTOMER. Would not recommend anyone to go to this clinic.

I’ve been going to equilibrium for years but for the first time I got a male RMT, Alex. He was amazing and it was probably the best massage I’ve ever had. Very strong but gentle RMT. I had a lot to supper back pain and shoulder tightness and he was able to address the issue very efficiently. The clinic often has appointments within short notice and I appreciate that flexibility.

Had my first acupuncture treatment at equilibrium on Yates in Victoria and it was incredible. I’ve done acupuncture before but not with this level of attention and thoroughness in the intake. It’s a busy clinic and you have to book ahead and entirely worth it.
