One of the cleanest and professional Medical Team in Kelowna. I have been to several places and External Affairs is hands down the best. Nurse Meagan is so bubbly and always comes out with a smile. She listens to you when speaking and only recommends what you need. After a treatment she always follows up! I adore her and you should too!

Compliments to Sarah, your amazing receptionist! Everytime I call the clinic, she answers my questions with such friendly professionalism and care. She listens to my concerns and makes me feel important and seen. I can sense over the phone and from her voice and demeanor , that she is genuine and sincere. She helps the best she can, and always tries to accommodate me. If she doesn’t know the answer to a question or concern, she reassures me that she will find the answer and always follows through.
