I just had an appointment at Faye's Spa at the Bay Centre. I had a 15 minute neck and shoulder massage as well as a 45 minute reflexology. I've never had reflexology done before but II'll tell you one thing for sure I would have it done again in a heartbeat. There are also other many things I would like to try including head and hand massage. They also have 4 different packages I will definitely try I was also shocked at how reasonable prices were. Also, for being in a mall it was so quiet, comfortable and just overall had a great atmosphere. The products (ie for my feet) were very soft and not an overpowering smell at all. Maddy was the lovely lady that did my work. I will be coming back for sure. If I could give her a rating out of 10 it would be 10+ Overall, an excellent and relaxing experience. Oh, and most importantly.....I feel great!!!!!!

An amazing reflexology experience with Joy who provided my treatment. I have been to many reflexology spas, but this was the best so far. The pressure was perfect and therapeutic, exactly what is needed for happy feet after a few days of walking during our visit. Booking was easy and flexible. This is definitely on my list to visit again on my next trip to town. Environment was peaceful and serene even being a in a mall location, pleasantly surprised! Book this, you won’t regret it! My only wish is we had signed up for more services!

The mazseuse was very rude. First, she commanded me, not asked me or suggested me, commanded me to leave my stuff on the seat. There was a rush on her voice that I didn't get. Then I said to her nicely that I could take my turtle neck shirt and just leave my dress. I thought it would work better for her. She, again, commaned me "You are not going to take off your shirt". I apologized and she said "You're welcome". How can anyone enjoy a relaxing moment with that tone?? I just wanted it to be over. Not gentle at all. She asked me if I was comfortable and how the preassure was, but honestly I didn't dare to tell her it was a bit rough. That's on me, I know. A waste of money. If I spend money in a massage I expect to be treated nicely, like the way I treat people. The front desk man was also rude. I greet him and he just said "Are you Lore?" Are manners too much to ask for?

First reflexology experience at Fayes on recent sisters getaway. They got us in within 24 hours for foot scrub and 45 min reflexology. Incredible, consistent pressure throughout the treatment. Attention was paid to cleanliness, which we greatly appreciated. Jennifer was my practitioner and would absolutely recommend. She really set a high bar for any future reflexology I get back at home. Convenient location, despite being in a busy mall they have light music and it was so relaxing and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Cold footbath, and rude workers complained when me and my boyfriend asked for warmer water. Sign says 15 minutes but they said we would only get 10 because they needed more time to heat up the water. After 5 minutes of waiting and less than a minute of the actual foot bath, we had to call over a worker because we just wanted to leave. The owners came and told us we’re the only ones to ever complain in years, but 45 dollars for rude service and lukewarm water? Would not recommend.

Great place to relax and enjoy a foot massage or quick chair massage. Staff are friendly and the location is convenient. I like the ability to be able to walk in and, on most occasions, be able to get a massage right away without booking ahead. I also appreciate that they can do shorter length massages so I can get a quick massage over my lunch break. They now offer table massages in a private area in the back to complement their chair massages.

Faye is such a professional - my wife and I have been regulars for several years and if you want a top notch spa tesstment then look no further - I was there today and left feeling completely relaxed and well taken care of - make an appointment and you will be very happy ???? Cheers Jeff

Great place for a foot or back massage after lots of walking around town. The staff was incredibly friendly and we loved chatting with them. The shop is very welcoming and the chair I was in for my foot reflexology was heaven! Will definitely be back.
