I have only been for a couple massages in my life as I am not overly comfortable with them and didn't think it was beneficial enough to make time for. However, Tammy has managed to change my perspective. I was impressed by her strength, as I am a big guy, and her knowledge and expertise of the muscles and joints of my problem areas. I can now understand the need for regular massages going forward to help keep things moving and working properly. I would highly recommend Tammy.
