A calm little oasis on Robson street. I came for a last-minute massage and facial. The waiting room chairs were comfortable, and it was relaxing to be in. The room I was in was dimly lit and had soft music playing in the background. They don't offer any choice of massage oils. I was told to lie under a large towel, which felt significantly less luxe than a sheet, especially because the towel was a little scratchy. The towel was a great representation of the rest of my experience - not bad overall, but it lacked a touch of luxury that I was craving and there was something not-quite-right that I couldn't put my finger on. The masseuse was very nice and polite, as was the lady who did my facial. The facial also included an arm, shoulder, and chest/torso massage. Overall, it was a good experience, but it didn't stand out. For those looking for a more luxurious experience, you might be left wanting. The prices were reasonable for what the experience was.

Good service and friendly staff. It is on Robson Street, so you can imagine the street parking situation. This is my own personal take, but I've never gotten a korean facial before, so I have no point of reference. I think my preference is still Chinese facials when they use more machines. I tried this place because my friend got me a gift card, and it was a bit confusing when redeeming it. But I would recommend trying at least once

My sister, mom, and I recently had Korean facials at Harmonie, and it was a 10/10 experience. I could not recommend this spa more. Their products were unbelievably hydrating for my dry winter skin, and the message was relaxing—a hidden gem in downtown Vancouver.

Loved everything about my appointment here! They were so flexible with my last minute booking. The 45 minute foot massage+scrub was perfection. Highly recommend it if you've been on your feet a lot and have time for a quick stop in. The massage was one of the best I've ever had! Everything is very clean and comfy. It's a great little day spa and I will definitely be back!

Booked the deluxe escape package for myself, my daughter and my friend after a concert the night before. We booked solely on the website since we are from Victoria. I cannot say enough about the staff or the services! The scrub was amazing and not something I have ever experienced. The massage after hit all the right places. My neck was very sore as were my hips and feet (lots of shopping and walking). I feel so relaxed and happy. Next time I am in Vancouver I will be back!!!

What a gem! Had a Korean facial with Bella which was divine. Not only cleansing and hydrating but includes deep massage to the facial muscles, a must to release the build up of tension. It also included a scalp massage and neck, arms and chest massage working the lymphatic system. WOW. Highly recommend! Looking forward to another one of these!
