Constance is an incredible massage therapist and an amazing healer. She's a compassionate listener and she used different healing modalities that were customized to the issues I was experiencing. My healing session with Constance was amazing. She understands the human body in a deep and intuitive way. She doesn’t only work on the physical but also the energetic level which adds to the effectiveness of the session in amazing ways. I left feeling very content, aligned and able to use my body more efficiently, almost like a body reset had happened. I feel more calm and cantered and grounded. Where do I even begin? I was on a trip to Vancouver and was feeling very unaligned due to many recent changes in my life and some unprocessed emotions from an intense event earlier this year. Constance created a sacred container for me to witness where in my body I was storing these emotions and stuck energy, and what messages they each had for me. She helped me witness as this energy moved through and out of me. I had a big dense energy around my left shoulder that I’d been trying to release on my own, but in this session with her, it felt like a massive energetic pimple being drained. She sat and talked with me about strategies to take the lessons I learned in this session out into my life. I left feeling light and inspired. Constance, you are such a blessing! I had my massage with Constance yesterday and I was delightfully impressed by the pleasant atmosphere and her healing touch. She's well experienced in a number of different massage styles. Her studio is very clean and noise-free from the outside, which allowed me to fully relax during the session. Constance made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. The space is relaxing, soothing, and calm. It is intended for healing. Constance's energy was peaceful and calm. Honestly, it was the best massage and healing experience I've had. Constance's holistic approach to wellness--physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual--was exactly what I needed. Physically, the pressure she used for the massage was just right. The deep strokes really worked the tension out of my muscles and I felt the stress sweep out of my body. The aromatherapy blend she used lulled me into a relaxed state. Spiritually, I felt so connected to my body and the surroundings. When she used the Tibetan singing bowls and tuning forks, I felt a positive shift take place in my energy. The disconnect I felt, the stress I experienced, and the emotional dysregulation was replaced with a groundedness, a calm energy. It very much complemented the physical component of the massage. Constance treats the body, mind, and spirit in her sessions. I left better than I came; I walked out the door grounded and centred. I will definitely be a repeat client!

We need more humans like Constance, who promotes healing from the inside out. I tried the tuning forks. I was so relaxed in every muscular tension in my body that I slept like a baby at night. Most of all I have never felt so grounded. Constance is a heart centered person who is willing to serve others. I highly recommend this woman!
