I have had such great experiences at Illum myself, but I recently brought my mother in. She never goes to salons and was a bit nervous about the whole process. Nivein made her so comfortable right away. She left the consultation feeling so excited about her hair! At her appointment, Nivein helped choose a style that would work for her hair and lifestyle, taught her how to care for it properly, and just really helped her confidence. Let alone the gorgeous hairstyle, the experience alone was worth it!! Thank you for all you do!!!

Which is a hard combination to find as a client. I’ve had mani/pedis & waxing - very exceptional service. I hope to get my hair done here in the future. I went online to find a Hairstylist and read the reviews regarding Nivein. The day I called, I was able to get an appointment that same day. I was just going to get a haircut. I was looking online for a hairstyle. I went to my Appointment and Nivein was absolutely amazing. I told her that I did not bring a photo of a Hairstyle as my face was totally different from the faces that were online. Nivein listened to what I wanted. I told her that I eventually wanted it coloured as well. My hair was getting some grey. Nivein told me that rather than dying all of my hair to get highlights. I asked her if she had time to do it. She said she did. She then cut my hair as I had not had it done in quite awhile. I just love my hair. She did an absolutely incredible job. Nivein even stayed after closing hours to finish my hair. I will definitely be going back.

Nice pedicure, well done. Was a little noisy as a hairstylist seemed to be teaching another. Wish I was offered a drink in the 2 hours I was there- especially since I saw the coffee bar as I was leaving. Took her time so I didn’t feel rushed.
