UPDATE: They have since gone over and above to apologize for the mix-up in the bookings and have rectified the situation. I'm rebooked and excited for my next massage - the therapist Naomi who I see is amazing. I will say I think the situation I experienced was a blip and I'm confident given their response that it won't happen again. I will leave the note below as to what happened but I am changing my review due to the exceptional follow up I received after. I'm really disappointed. I had an appointment booked for today at 11:30 and arrived to find out that there was no record of my appointment even though I was sent the confirmation and calendar invite. I was really looking forward to it. When I went to check in they didn't even really seem to care to even investigate or try to mitigate the situation. I enjoyed my first massage here a great deal but I will not be back after this experience unfortunately.

While every therapist we had was wonderful, we found that May and Oranthai were perfect matches for us.

I had an absolutely amazing massage. My husband and I came in to see Nadia and May, we were not disappointed ♥️ they listened to our needs and kept asking us if we were comfortable or if the pressure was good. I love the homey and welcoming atmosphere. The staff are friendly and accommodating. We will definitely return! The Hot Stone massage was incredibly relaxing—I felt completely at ease. Special mention to Terri, she’s is doing a great job .Keep it up!

I love Integrated Therapies! I’ve been going to Terri Jones for six months and her massages are fantastic! I always leave feeling so much better! The house where they are situated is beautiful with a lovely soothing decor. Can’t recommend them highly enough!

Nice space in an older character house in Old Strathcona, lovely decor, relaxing environment. Front desk lady very welcoming and helpful with billing. Terri is a great RMT. Excellent care & consideration.
