Disappointing Massage Experience Reveals Dubious Practices I recently had the unfortunate experience of receiving a massage.  To put it bluntly, it was a complete disappointment from start to finish. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a receptionist who seemed more interested in rushing through the check-in process than in providing a warm welcome. Nevertheless, I proceeded to my appointment with high hopes. The massage itself was far from relaxing. Instead of the soothing experience I had anticipated, I found myself tense and uncomfortable throughout. It was evident that the therapist lacked the skill and finesse expected in their profession. Their techniques felt haphazard and unprofessional, leaving me feeling more stressed than when I arrived. What's more concerning is the apparent double-dipping on the use of therapists, as mentioned in your review. It's disheartening to think that a company would prioritize profit over the quality of service provided to its customers. If my experience is any indication, it's clear that corners are being cut at the expense of client satisfaction. Overall, my visit was a regrettable one. Not only was the massage subpar, but it also shed light on questionable practices within the establishment. I would caution others against patronizing this business until they address these issues and prioritize the well-being of their clients over their bottom line.

This business is offering a 70 minute head spa treatment for $69.99, regular price is $140. I’ve seen these treatments all over TikTok and they look absolutely heavenly. They use all kinds of tools, and scrub every inch of your scalp to perfection. I couldn’t wait to experience it. I was very disappointed. The person doing my treatment was clearly not a massage therapist, as their website would lead you to believe. When she began, she asked me ‘hard or soft?’ I told her, ‘somewhere in the middle.’ Every couple of minutes, throughout the entire treatment, she was ask ‘more hard?’ or ‘is ok?’ I always said yes, it was fine, but she kept asking. There was no deep scalp scrubbing, nor was the massage portion very good, the whole thing was very average if I’m being honest. I’ve had better head massages from a hair dresser. When she was finished, she blow dried my hair while I was still lying down, with my head in the (dry) sink. She sat me up at the end for a minute, to finish. As you would imagine, my hair was not styled in any way, it was just dry. The entire process, from start to finish including the drying, took 60 minutes, NOT 70 as advertised. If I had paid full price for this, I would have been pissed.
