I've been coming to Jaja Spa for 7 YEARS for nail services and facials and not once have I had a single issue with my services—let that sink in. Consistency, professionalism, kindness, quality work done always and an aesthetically pleasing atmosphere that feels like a warm hug the moment you walk in? Check, check, check and check. Lately, I started getting laser hair removal with the fabulous Marissa, and let me tell you—she is pure MAGIC. The treatment is practically painless (yes, really) and the results after just ONE session? Mind. Blown. I wasn’t expecting to see such a dramatic difference so quickly, but Jaja never fails to exceed every expectation. The hospitality is next-level. The environment is not only aesthetically stunning, but also radiates good vibes and calm energy. From the front desk to the treatment rooms, everything is spotless, beautifully designed, and thoughtfully curated. You’re not just getting a service—you’re getting an experience. I recently treated myself to a signature facial with Kayla and was not disappointed! The spa is clean and the room was calming which set it up perfectly. Kayla’s demeanour is kind, she listens and has a calming effect from the second you step inside. Kayla is incredible at performing facials. She asked me questions to best understand my needs and acted accordingly. I was so relaxed and my face felt 1000x better when she was done. I cannot wait to go back to continue a more regular schedule to help my skin. You won’t be disappointed!

This spa is a place where relaxation truly begins! To say I am impressed is an understatement. I was welcomed by a serene atmosphere that immediately set the tone for my facial experience. Kayla is incredible, warm and welcoming and my esthetician Marissa was incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to ask about my skin concerns and preferences. The facial itself was pure bliss. Every step of the process felt luxurious and tailored to my skin's needs. The products used and the facial massage left me feeling completely rejuvenated. My skin looks and feels radiant, with a noticeable glow. Not only did my skin feel refreshed, but my whole experience at Jaja Spa was one of tranquility and care. I left feeling pampered, relaxed, and confident in my skin. If you’re looking for a high-quality facial and/or other beauty services in a peaceful and professional environment, Jaja Spa is definitely the place to go! 5 stars isn’t enough!

I saw Kayla for a facial last Mother’s Day (where does the time go?!) and it was such a fantastic experience. I loved how gentle she was, she walked me through the process, and my face felt and looked amazing. I look forward to seeing her again soon!

Had an awesome experience - facial with Nicole and mani-pedi with Grace! Great attention to detail and advising every step during facial process. It was so relaxing!! The detailed process with the manicure and pedicure had such amazing results given the fact there was very little nail to deal with!!! HIGHLY recommend!!!

I solemn get manicures but I got a gift card to Jaja spa and received service from Salma. First off they do not soak your nails and she explained that doing so swells your cuticles which leads to over cutting. And I am aware that your nails are more brittle. I liked that they didn't soak. Next, she applied very close to my cuticles which is nice. Others tend to leave a slight gap which shows growth quicker. Lastly, I liked the shape that she created. She took her time and I was very pleased with the service and work. I would go back and maybe try gel overlay or simple manicure too cuz she did a great job.

I had the most incredible first experience at Jaja spa with Kayla. From the moment you walk in, the elegant decore, mood lighting and intentional serenity become abundantly clear in the waiting room, as well as in the dedicated private facial suite. This place oozes sophistication. I have discerning taste, and this spa exceeded all my expectations. Kayla's calming voice and depth of knowledge ensured the best treatment to suit my needs. I walked out glowing and relaxed from the treatment and massage. Such a gem of a spa in South Etobicoke. 10/10. I can't wait to return.
