My first session with Kelly was very relaxing and she was very sweet and attentive to my needs. It made me want to come back for more! Highly recommend. My husband researched a place for me to have a facial as a Valentine’s gift and even though they were about to close they let me do my session. Which I was thankful for since I’m a working mum with two little young kids. On my second visit I had one hour body massage with Kim she was very attentive to my needs and wanted me to have a good time. And also did a one hour facial with Kelly again. I really love that they offered me options for more treatments especially Chloe.

Before my visit to K-BTS Beauty Total Spa, I struggled with enlarged pores, semi dry skin with an uneven texture, after the Luxury Korean Facial my skin was glowing, pore-less and significantly softer with no rough texture. I looked at before and after pictures and the notice was significant and applaudable. Chloe and all workers of the spa are talented, professional and make you feel comfortable while in treatment and out of treatment. You are also served traditional Korean barley tea and some luxury chocolates after as per your preferences. Happy to have found a Korean spa. Thank you K-BTS.

Visiting from Toronto for a work conference, my friend and I went in sort of last minute before our flight back, the service from Chloe and Alice was excellent!! The staff were so kind and the facility is so clean and organized. Amazingggg service wish they had a location in Toronto for us to visit :(( would definitely come back anytime I’m back in Calgary ❤️

The level of expertise and detail with their services is amazing! I got the 4-hour Package for my wife and I have not heard a single negative feedback from my wife (who by the way is very picky with these types of services). Amazing service, amazing ambiance, amazing customer service, overall 20/10!
