Recently had a prenatal massage with Tamara and it was amazing. I've been having really bad calf cramps so I asked if we could just focus on those. I've been to many locations in Spruce and even the Pregnancy specialized place in St Albert and nothing compared! *ps, they don't have a receptionist but they will come out and get you when they're ready!!*

Best thing I've done for my body and sore muscles, my husband and I both see Tamara and she is amazing. I feel like I've never really had a massage before I started going to her, and got my husband in to her as well and we both have nothing but praise to say about our experience. It's a great feeling to actually feel the difference and improvement of a massage . Highly recommend, you won't be disappointed!

Best massage therapist i have ever had. Truly cares about her clients and provides exceptional care and treatment. If you want to feel better, go and book an appointment with this terrific lady! Can't tell you how much she has changed my life, she is an amazing healer and the kindest person I know. Jessica has created an incredible clinic with staff who bring a myriad of talent and skills with them. Kinetic Massage is top tier, from their incredible massage therapists for aches and pains, to Catie’s Raynor massage which is just pure magic, Rays osteopath and Brandon’s chiropractic technique helped my shoulder more than years of other techniques. Beyond grateful for all the treatments I’ve recieved there! 10/10 recommend.
