Liz is always professional and ready to assist you in making you look and feel good, whether it is a laser treatment or hair styling. She is so great with kids too! My girls feel pampered while they sit in her chair and leave feeling beautiful!

I have been to laser it several times in past for Bella hydration facial and it was great. However this time I left my face was all scratched up with lines all over it. It looks like my face was pushed up against a fence. When I came back in to show staff they told me to put cold water on it and to cover with make up. I do no blame the girl who did it but I do think something is wrong with what ever tools were used. No one called after to see how was healing and it cost a lot of money to basically have my face all scratched up. Unfortunately I won’t be back

Very friendly and professional :) They were great sitting down with me to discuss all my options during the consultation and definitely didn’t try to upsell me - I was ready to purchase more expensive treatments than I ended up with!

Love Laser It. It’s crazy that I grew up passing it by so often not knowing all that they have to offer. Everyone who works there is so nice and helpful, it’s obvious they have my best interest at heart when it comes to all the services I’m interested in. Crystal is literally the best, so knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and makes me feel at ease every time I’m there. I recommend Laser It to anyone curious about a cosmetic change in order to feel better about themselves or make their life easier, because that’s what I’ve gotten out of this place!

I have been having a problem with my left foot for months. I have seen to two different chiropodists. I got more relief and more helpful information/recommendations from Maddie, the new massage therapist, than anyone else. She was very kind, helpful and especially knowledgeable. I would HIGHLY recommend her.

Hey all, I went for a 45min massage session after seeing some +ve reviews. I went by 10mins late thinking my session is at 3:30 pm but it is at 3:15. After formalities massage started at 3:20 and ended at 3:40. She mentioned it will be 30mins session as you are late due to x reason. She did just for 20mins. So, the massage is average no pressure felt and she stopped at 3:40 mentioning 30mins is over. And the twist is they have charged for 45mins session and I assumed it's a mistake and went in and asked. She replied it's a 45mins and I'm late so it's not their mistake. Wow I was like okay so they take money which ain't belongs to them. This is how their vision, ethics and values. Looks like these people don't have morals on how to do a business and I don't think it's a Canadian thing to be like this. I hope people don't go blindly by trusting Reviews ???? ????. Thanks of you read all the way to here. Now the owner replied as I'm not in their system, I request the owner to look into your system properly and you will find my details and I also have proof of payment to your parlour
