Micheal was wonderful. He has very strong hands and a very friendly demeanor. I drove away A Long Way to Montreal and had sciatica pain down my leg. Micheal applied the strong pressure of his hands to the exact spot and released a lot of the pain. He is very friendly and told me a lot about his practice. He also cuts and styles hair so I got slick Montréal haircut after the massage. Great service oriented guy. I'll see you again Micheal!

I thought the experience will at least meet my expectations if it doesn't exceed. I felt like, I'm in a place full of negativity. Instead of a warm welcome, I received unexpected comments from Michel. He asked me if I speak French. When I said I don't, he said shame on you twice. Also, when I was looking at the ceiling, he joked by saying, are you counting the stars? That happened twice too. I couldn't relax the way I wanted to. He spent a lot of time unnecessarily massaging my toes and fingers. I have taken massages from so many people around the world. Some were great, some were average but none of them were stressful like this one. This massage stressed me more than releasing my stress. At the end of the massage, he told me to relax on the massage bed, covered me up with a blanket, and went out. He did say something about taking shower but I couldn't capture what all he said. I got confused. I was lying on the bed for more than 10 minutes and thought he'll come back. He never came back. So, I dressed up without taking shower and left without seeing him. I'm brown and I felt like I'm a victim of racism with his expressions before, during, and after the massage. Warning for the colored people, this place may not be for you. I was ripped off. For Michel, please learn how to provide good customer service. I'm from a customer service background and I was taught my whole career, the customer is the king and you should always put yourself in the customer's shoes instead of being the king yourself. I'm sure you'll do better with your future clients. Best of luck!

I had a great massage here - including a super relaxing scalp massage. My hair had a little massage oil in it afterward, so I showered and then since there was a hair salon in the studio, he gave me a blow dry and styled my hair for free. A really excellent experience.
