I would highly recommend going here for massage. I have seen Delia and Fred and they are both excellent. The receptionist Cecilia is super nice! It is centrally located and easy to park there. ????

I didn't have previous experience with other massage specialists in Kelowna. It was my first time after a while. I was a little worrying what to expect. But I had an amazing experience with Riley. Me and hubby really happy we found this place.

I needed a massage asap and this place was able to book me in. It was great. I was unable to book my next appointment in the time frame I wanted so I booked an appointment with a different person (this time a guy). Honestly it was even better than my first appointment. So I book another appointment a month in advance. I get a phone message the day before asking if I could come in earlier. I couldn't because I already switched shifts with someone to make the last appointment of the day work. When I called them back, they canceled my appointment because the massage therapist didn't want to work 'late' on a Friday long weekend. I think it was a 4:30 or 5pm appointment. Yes, they said sorry and I would need to reschedule. You shouldn't let me book that time on a long weekend if you aren't going to honor the appointment. Needless to say I never rescheduled. I took my business elsewhere and I get treated with way more respect, no regrets!

I cannot say enough about how great Fred and Cecilia are at Mission Massage. Everyone is friendly, professional and I appreciate that they always run on time. Fred listens to your needs and treats you accordingly. Best in town in my opinion, thank you!

Evan is a great Therapist. He listens to my concerns and actually addresses them throughout the session. He explains concepts and is very knowledgeable. He not only performs the massage but also provides teaching on how to strengthen weakened problem areas. Glad I found this clinic :)
