So many loopholes present. They keep the card information without our consent to keep card information/detail and they say that they don't keep the information. But I have also read other reviews where somebody got a deduction from their card for no show. Last time I booked an appointment on the same day, their slot was empty, I booked and then I called just after half an hour or so to cancel, they told me cancellation fee will be charged because it is less than 24 hour notice. Could have provided accommodation since the booking was made just less than 1 hour ago (less than 24 hours) and the appointment was later in the evening (already empty slot), but the provider chose not to provide any accommodation and still apply cancellation fee if I cancel. And part of control is in the hand of the provider. The reception was sweet, but it was after asking Chelsy, the provider, that they said no cancellation possible. Also, I was told it is an hour appointment, So I attended, I waited for 15 minutes,and sugaring finished in 45 minutes as with all other times I have been there. Most of the sessions previously, I have had to wait with the same service, being told its for 1 hour, finishing in 45 minutes. This time I booked, it was booked by the provider herself, nobody told me or gave me the clarity that it is only half an hour appointment. I was running late by 15 minutes from another appointment, on the phone she herself said ok, come, we'll manage. Anybody would think 'we will manage' means they will give you service, if not, you will be told over the phone. Again, no clarity or option given, no accommodation if Chelsy is the provider. I was under the impression that its 1 hour appointment, 45 minutes still remaining. I reach there, I still had to wait for 7 minutes, she wasn't ready for me even then and then the provider decided for me what kind of sugaring I'm going to get without my say or even asking. Even after they told me they will manage, not giving me any clarity, and then still making me wait, she tells me she only has 10 minutes now, and that this is the first time I am told that the appointment today was only half an hour. then out of 15-17 remaining minutes, it was only a 7 minute service in which she was all the time looking towards the clock repetitively. And even in the very first appointment, there was a difference between the information about the service from the front desk as compared to the service I received upon reaching. The actual service has always been less than what was told and confirmed on phone. After all these multiple experiences, not going back with the same provider again and would not refer any friend either.

I've been going to Namaste Spa for close to a year now, and have recently started seeing Chelsy for all my waxing services -- she's AMAZING. I've been getting wax done for about 5-6 years, and have gotten sugaring done in the last 1-2 years, and I can say wholeheartedly that Chelsy is one of the best wax technicians I've ever had. Not only does she do a high quality job in record time, but she has one of the most comforting and kind personalities I've ever seen. She's kind, thoughtful, and makes sure her client is comfortable throughout the entire session. She's also very knowledgeable and is always happy to indulge me when I have numerous questions. From the first appointment I had with her, I knew I was in safe hands and would be returning. I've had full-leg wax and underarm sugaring done by Chelsy (she's *especially* talented with sugaring). I truly cannot recommend her enough!

I highly recommend getting your lashes done by Joeline. She is super responsive with answering messages and always makes sure you are satisfied. Plus, look how beautiful my eye looks!????

Just called to schedule an appointment for body massage therapy, never had to give out my credit card details to any of the three massage clinics I have been to in Moncton in the past. When you have a 24-hour notice booking policy, this should not be required as not everyone is comfortable sharing their credit card details. Also, this is not something that is looked upon as a trustworthy service if you cannot trust your client. Especially someone who is new and looking to sign up for your services for the first time. Thank you!

I started seeing Joeline for my eyelashes in August and have been back biweekly ever since! She makes me so comfortable that if we aren't talking up a storm I am having a much needed nap. The atmosphere is so calming and everyone is so welcoming and kind.

i am in love with Namaste Spa, the atmosphere and environment is always welcoming when you come in. they supply you with free tea before your appointments which are delicious in flavour and always gives a great impression. i specifically see Joeline for lash extensions and waxing and she does an amazing job every single time i see her. i’ve been coming here since August/September and i don’t plan on switching ever! she did my birthday lash extensions as well as an eyebrow wax so i could look super slay on my special day. ???? thank you to all the girls including Brianna at the front desk for the hospitality!!

First time visiting Namaste Spa and having a Brazilian wax. My expectations were exceeded. From the moment I walked in and was greeted by the receptionist to end of my session with Chelsy- who is an amazing esthetician and made me feel comfortable and heard throughout my session. I had a fabulous time and will definitely recommend to anyone.
