Katie is simply amazing. I have a lot of stiffnes and always go for deep tissue massage, and she always deliver. Her strength, knowledge of the physiology and techniques put her way above the others. She's simply exceptional at what she does and added to that really funny, always a great experience.

I wish I had read some of these reviews before I made an appointment here. Katie promise me a 90 minute deep tissue massage. I was given 45 minutes, charged for an hour, then handed off to another “therapist” who told me she has “no power” in her hands. She did walk on me for 45 minutes which was not good because she could not tell with her feet if she was stepping on something that could cause injury, and it came close to that several times. She gave me an hour and charged for an hour but then complained when I did not give a tip. First and last visit to this place. This place should not be in business if this is how they treat their customers.

Such a bad massage centre Katie don’t know how to talk with customers if you’re like 10 minutes late she will be so rude with you. I would never recommend you to go there she is so mean I booked a appointment for 30 minutes she gave me only 20 minutes and charged me for 30 minutes would never go their again

Found the ad for Nana Massage on Kijiji and messaged them to see if they took direct billing for my insurance company and they did. I booked a massage the same day for noon. The location is easy to find and there is ample parking in the lot. I walked in and filled out my insurance claim form and Katie proceeded with the massage. Hands down one of the best massages I've ever had! The pressure was deep and it released so much tension along with the back walking and stretching she did. Will definitely be back!

I have had 3, 90 minute sessions with Winky to sort out a few nagging issues. The facility is always very clean, temperature is very comfortable. Winky uses perfect pressure with her hands as well as her feet during the back walking. I highly recommend Winky. In terms of friendliness and utilization of the time I booked, I give 5 stars all around. Looking forward to my next visit!
