My wife and I had massage appointments for 10am. We showed up 15min before the appointment. At 10am he came out to let us know that he had cancelled our appointment without letting us know. I had confirmation emails and texts but never received any cancellation notifications. We were obviously very disappointed and won't be returning. To the Owner: They called and left a message for me to return the call (no mention of cancellation) which I did but no one answered. I left my own message stating that unless I heard back from them I'd see them at 10am. I made the appointment on your website; one would assume the booking process wouldn't allow me to book if a therapist wasn't available.

This was my second time getting a Brazilian wax. My first experience at a different place was so unpleasant of an experience I went back to shaving. I decided to give it another go and am beyond satisfied. Availability was great, I got in next day. She greeted me by name when I entered and remembered it when I left. The environment is calming, quiet and clean, prices are reasonable. It wasn’t nearly as painful as my previous experience, she was friendly, personable and she worked quick, working with all the different directions of hair growth. She definitely knows what she’s doing and the experience feels so casual it takes away all awkwardness of the whole Brazilian aspect. It’s been 3 days and I can’t get over how great my skin looks. No irritation, no ingrown hairs. I will 100% be a loyal customer. I rarely leave reviews for places but this was definitely deserving of a 5 star review.

My Nan and I went for manicures and we both said it was the best one each of us has ever had before. Oksana and Anastasia were so thorough and gentle. They took their time, the conversation was pleasant, even with Anastasia still learning English. We were blown away with the level of care and service. Had the best massage of my life from Max. I am from out of town and usually get a massage once a week. Max is the first masseuse I have seen who totally got rid of my chronic neck pain for a few days. Can't speak highly enough about the experience.
