I regret the minute I walked in and wasted my money. Extremely disappointing experience. My husband and I are from Toronto and we were at the OTL for the weekend. We decided to go to in the SPA for a massage and I decided to have my mani and pedi done as well. Well, the massage wasn't as bad as the nails except that the person who was assigned to do my massage seemed to be afraid to break me or touch me, but I guess it was my fault for not stating that I wanted something more like a deep massage. As for the nails, I spent 2.5 hours to get it done (the worst nails ever) rather than 1.5 as promised to me, which would not be an issue as long the nails were looking good, and they were not. I walked in with shellac on my nails and the way the lady removed it , was by filing each and every single one of my nails. There was so much filing , in order to remove all the shellac that the end, my nails were folding like a piece of paper and a piece of skin was cut off while filing was well , as you can see in the photo. They did that because they did not have the right tools to remove the shellac and guess what? at the end I was charged $10 only because they had to remove the shellac of my nails, which was removed in the most painful way ever. Paying is not problem, I could pay $20 as long as it is done correctly and as long as you let me know what Im paying before the service it done; because that charge was never mentioned to me beforehand ( The $10 charge was waived because I talked to the receptionist). However, two days later my nails were chipped and getting stuck on everything. My cuticles were never done. The pedi was a disaster, I asked for shellac and no UV lights were used to dry the nails. As you can see in the photo, the minute I put on my shoes, the nails were ruined. There was no professionalism in communicating to me what the charges would be, and the lady who did my nails not only did not have the appropriate tools but she clearly did not have any experience as she didn't know what french manicure was. Im not writing this because Im mad or upset, as its been two weeks this happened already, (photos taken 1 day after I did the nails) but I strongly advise more training to employees and better customer service. The location is beautiful and the set up as well, could be a place of great potential.

I had water issues at my house...like no water at all. I needed a shower but was willing to go to the sauna, if I must. I really only wanted a shower and the delightful receptionist, Emily, gave me a terrific price! I was so grateful. This place has lovely facilities and warm and caring staff. My tough situation (Red Squirrel eating a water line) was made better by a very kind act!

The thermal experience at PausSpa was just perfect for spending a day of well-being and relaxation. My favorite part was the massage session with Sami. He gave me an extraordinary experience beyond relaxation. His hands were magical! My body, soul and spirit were in such a state of deep relaxation that I felt completely renewed. I recommend Sami to everyone who wants to experiment his magical touch!???? And I will definitely go back and ask for him again!????
