I reached out on behalf of my company to get some gift cards for our staff members. The staff were very professional and kind and got back to me quickly with prices, they even gave a lotion for each nurse and an extra $15 on top of their gift cards! I when I came in the place was very clean and nice, looks very high-end and professional. The owner was there and thanked us for thinking of them. Overall it was a great experience and I am so grateful our staff will be well taken care of by them!!

I booked an appointment for myself and my 14-year old daughter and I have to say Pure Spa exceeded my expectations. I am originally from Toronto and would get microdermabrasion religiously, every 6 weeks. I have not been doing it for a while as I have not found a place that would pass muster here in Windsor. The microdermabrasion treatment I got from Bea today was the best I’ve had in the 15 or so years, Ive been having it done. She was thorough yet gentle and provides excellent customer service. The spa was immaculate and the staff very professional. My daughter had a very pleasant experience with Erin. She couldn’t wait to come back. I am definitely coming back!

Booked a hot stone massage and a facial. The facial was nice, not as good as I had remembered it but it wasn’t awful. We chatted about the massage, I had told her how excited I was for the hot stone massage as I’ve had hot stone massages there before, always with the same lady and they’re fantastic!! This time it was a different person… half way through the massage, when she asked me to flip over I paused and asked her when the stones will be used. She was confused and we realized a mistake had been made. Apparently they messed up my booking and put me in for a regular massage. To ‘compensate’ for their mistake I got a whopping 10% off ???? I killed a $100 credit that I had been purposefully saving on a regular massage. I feel they should’ve done better considering it was their mistake.

Corine and Rachel were so sweet and accommodating.. My husband and I had a wonderful, relaxing couples massage and pedicures. The salon is beautifully restored to its historic origins, clean and inviting. Definitely recommend visiting this fantastic spa.

My favourite spa! They are so welcoming and knowledgeable. The Pure Cleansing Facial is my go to. I was recommended the Eminence clear skin probiotic cleanser for breakouts and this line has dramatically improved my skin. On my last visit, I was looking for a moisturizer. Sanja recommended the Mary Cohr holiday gift set, which happened to be on sale and I had never tried before. I always look forward to being pampered and leaving refreshed!
