Danielle is amazing! I had my first facial with her yesterday and my results are already so great! She educated me on my skin and recommended products to help me with my hormonal acne. The atmosphere of the spa is very relaxing and welcoming as well. The front desk lady was also very sweet and friendly! Another bonus is that the products they use/sell are super clean. ❤️

First off just being greeted by friendly staff nice clean environment, but to know that I need to get out and get worked on serviced and take care of my body for those who aren’t getting massages or patties or facials or whatever I highly recommend going down and seeing the staff at Red Deer steam spa and steam showers are just amazing All the fresh I’m hooked. I’m totally hooked thanks guys.

First time at this particular spaw and I really enjoyed the experience. Despite minor lack of staff. Reception was really patient in trying to find a day that worked for my schedule to come in and enjoy everything back to back in a package deal. A big thank you to Ashley, the posted note was nice as my memory is poor. I enjoyed hearing about your life experiences. Your a rarity. Keep doing what your doing! I will definitely come back to this place.

This was my first time checking out Red Deer Steam and Spa, and I’ll definitely be back! The online booking and check-in process made everything convenient and easy. I had a waxing appointment with Danielle and she was absolutely phenomenal! Professional, friendly, and made the whole experience really comfortable. Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality service and a relaxing atmosphere!

Everything was great. The staff was great, the message was therapeutic and very painful but exactly what I needed. The steam was so relaxing, and the facility is beautiful. My missing star is because it is very pricey.

I wish I could give 10 stars I can honestly not say enough good things about this place. It was my first time and definitely won't be my last, I think I've found my new getaway place. Everything from atmosphere, comfortability, affordability, feeling 100% taken care of while Even having the best chat to go with it was all there. I had Miranda for a steam and massage and what was only and hour and a half felt like heaven and made my stress melt away and left feeling like a million bucks. I did not catch the receptionists name but she too was amazing and super friendly. Can't wait to go back!

I surprised my husband with a couples spa day for our joint birthday. All the staff there were absolutely amazing! Everything from the steam bath, to the couples massage to the couples pedicures was amazing. The staff were attentive to all of our needs and beyond helpful throughout. We will definitely be back.
