Connor is great and very professional. He has a great technique range and always does well responding and reacting to where the muscles need deep tissue work, pressure point work and/or gentle massage. He also offers great tips for recovery and stretches to help with tense muscles, injuries, chronic pain and movements between sessions. The office and massage rooms are always kept in good and clean condition and all other therapists there are nice and welcoming. Highly recommend!

I've been a client at Restore for a few years and Connor is the best RMT I've had! I have neck pain from a desk job and he always gets me feeling more mobile and gives me stretches to help with muscle stiffness and range of motion. The clinic is well kept, clean, and relaxing. He is extremely knowledgeable and experienced and has helped me manage everything from work-related flare-ups to soft tissue damage as the result of a car accident... and now middle-age aggravations. He is great at incorporating different stretches to help maintain relief in conjunction with the regular maintenance I see him for.
