Their passion for creating a truly authentic experience was evident in every detail — from the fragrant oils they selected to the calming tea they served after the treatment. They didn’t just treat us as guests; they treated us as honored visitors, making the entire experience feel incredibly personal. The experience began with a steam session that opened my pores and eased away any tension. The attendant was both professional and attentive, guiding me through each step of the Hammam ritual. The exfoliation process using the traditional glove was intense but incredibly effective, leaving my skin feeling remarkably smooth and renewed. Following the exfoliation, the soothing clay and soapy massage was pure bliss — a perfect balance of firm pressure and gentle relaxation which hydrated my skin and also left me feeling completely relaxed. After the treatment, I was guided to a tranquil lounge area where I sipped on mint tea and let the entire experience sink in. The Hammam was not just a physical cleanse but a mental reset — a much-needed escape from the hustle and bustle. Yesterday, we finally got to experience Safir, and it was absolutely seamless! We had to reschedule our last visit due to unforeseen circumstances, but there were no issues at all with the rebooking. Originally, we were just going for a basic experience, but we eventually upgraded to a package—and it did not disappoint! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm welcome and a refreshing mint drink. After slipping into their signature royal blue robes, we dove into the full hammam experience—black soap, sauna, clay wrap, soothing massage, and the fun Turkish bubble soap. I went for the deep tissue massage (definitely what I've been missing), while my husband opted for the lighter version. The Turkish bubble soap created a sensation unlike anything else! We wrapped up the experience with sweet Turkish desserts and more minty refreshments. It was truly a rejuvenating day at Safir. Whether you go solo or as a couple, this is definitely a treat worth making. The relaxation and service are next level—the perfect way to unwind and recharge. Next time, I’d love to try the head spa.

We were very fortunate to participate in their soft launch and I was very impressed. Everyone (including the owners) is super friendly. They’re great at making you go through the experience, providing lots of explanations along the way, answering any questions you have and making sure you come out of there very relaxed. I’ve never been to Morocco, but the decor, music and even the fragrance made us feel like we were there. And the tea they serve you at the end is just fabulous. Would highly recommend this place.

Ben and Hiba were exceptional hosts, and the entire staff made us feel like royalty—warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout. The atmosphere was serene and calming, with beautifully curated décor and unique fixtures that added to the charm of the space. As someone who had never experienced a Hammam before, I wasn’t sure what to expect—but this was truly a one-of-a-kind experience. My absolute favourite was the Turkish Bath Foam treatment. Gentle, cloud-like bubbles draped over my body, which felt incredibly comforting and soothing. I’m already looking forward to my next Hammam experience.

Just what Moncton needed. Thoroughly enjoyed my first time at SAFIR Spa the new Moroccan style spa (a first in east coast Canada). I left relaxed with shining soft skin from the traditional mud scrub service. Not only was the service amazing but from the time you walk thru the door until you leave you feel like you’re not in Moncton. The spa decor is stunning, not one detail was missed, the experience so relaxing and the staff are friendly and amazing always making sure you were okay or needed anything. You have to experience this yourself to see how amazing this place really is. I look forward to going back soon!

Phenomenal one of a kind experience! With no prior exposure to a Hammam, I did not know what to expect. I can honestly say that it exceeded anything I could have imagined. Relaxing, rejuvenating, calming, all within a beautiful and professional setting. Staff walk you through each step and transport you through an authentic Moroccan journey. Ben and Hiba are exceptional hosts and have delivered a truly remarkable destination to the Greater Moncton Region. A can't miss, and I'll definitely be visiting again. Congratulations!
