Better training required for front desk clerk , for Customer Service. Told to wait to purchase, because another customer is coming right back, but gone 10 minutes or longer. Left without purchase. Better judgement required to properly serve customers in a timely manner.
Fast to pick up homeless cats and they find homes quickly.
These people discriminate against people with children. We were turned away at our appointment because we have children in our home. We just lost our dog and finally thought it was time to get a new loved one in our family. We weren’t even allowed in the door. Out of 41 dogs available, none are suitable for kids. Really???!!! I find that hard to believe. We are an experienced dog raising family and have always had rescue dogs in our family and none of them have ever been violent. Shame on you SPA for turning away a loving family.
We adopted a cat from here. Service was great and animals seem well cared for. Highly recommend.
I now have a beautiful baby for me now it's just so far away but worth the visit yo save a animal she is still 20 pounds underweight

Judgemental and don’t listen to each other. Don’t respect their engagement.
Nobody came to offer service or even to talk to us. None of the dogs were appropriate with young kids.
