I knew my nails were a mess when I went to get a manicure but I think the gel polish job is a little messy. My cuticles are very messy too.

I like to go to a great massage therapist here (Stephanie), but unfortunately trying to get an appt. is impossible as no one here EVER answers the telephone!! I have called off and on for 3 days now and my call always rolls over to a voicemail that doesn't even have a personal greeting (Something like, "Hi, you've reached Samshara..."). It just identifies itself as mailbox "709-etc.." One wouldn't even know this was a business! I had this problem for a while about 8 months ago until I complained to the therapist. I had to start making my appts. in person. I would love to use the "request an appt." area on the website, but my massage therapist has a busy schedule and so do I. We usually have to talk through several options before we can get a good time for an appt. This is why leaving a message is impossible. I am officially tired and will be taking my business elsewhere. My friend gave me a referral to a new massage therapist and she actually wants the business so she answers her phone. Sorry Stephanie. I was a really good tipper, but I have gone elsewhere.
