Sarah is professional and experienced at her profession. The massage is done according to each individual's needs. I had a lower back injury so she focuses on the lower spine areas that are sore and could be troublesome down the road. I leave her clinic feeling I can go bungie jumping and sky diving. Alright, I’m willing to share my information as long as you guys stay away from my Thurs. morning time slot... but this was the most immediately gratifying massage I’ve had. I had tore a couple muscles in my neck and have Sciatica. Sarah new exactly how to treat both areas and I haven’t felt better in over a year. I can’t wait to see what consecutive weekly sessions will do for my health. 100% worth the time and money. I have medical backgrounds in prehospital medicine and sports injuries and this is who I’ll choose to go to each time. Peace!
