My mom and I made an appointment two weeks before going. We get there and she tells us that we are not schdueled today, but two weeks ago even though she gave my mom a card with the right date and time. We look down to see the appointment from two weeks ago to see that it is not my mom's name or her number. She couldn't get someone to come in since the girl that does the pedicure is on her day off. She very rudly dissmissed us by saying there was nothing she could do, took her stuff and went to the back of the spa. We didn't get a chance to enjoy the experience. Awful customer service since she tried to put the fault on my mom even though she had proof that are appointement was today. If I could give 0 stars I would.
Great nail salon downtown. Quick and easy to get to and the woman who owns it is friendly. Great if your are in a rush to clean up your eyebrows or a quick pedicure before a trip. Saves time going to a nail salon after work.
