I can’t recommend this enough! Must-try for anyone looking for a rejuvenating & unique experience. The views from inside the sauna overlooking the lake are incredible. The concept is super fun, and affordable . The cold plunge was better designed than I thought it would be- the ladder and a suspended floor about 4 feet deep made it easy and more enjoyable to get into the lake. Loved it!

Great experience at the sauna! We booked a public session but it was just the two of us. The host is super nice and friendly! You won't want to get in the freezing water but it's 100% worth it! Highly recommend!

One of my best Quebec experiences, so far, in my 4 years of sojourn. The girl in charge is super super niceand friendly. Many thanks to her for keeping the essence, the idea of the place intact. The concept of social sauna where one can interact smoothly and intimately with strangers while facing our vulnerabilities in extreme cold and in extreme heat is ingenious. After all, when you take a dip in the frozen lake, you got to "break the ice" ;)

Amazing experience! feels therapeutic must try if you live nearby cold plunge in the river and sweat off in the Sauna staff is super friendly place is extremely well taken care and outstandingly clean the view speaks for itself

Build it and they will come. I love the sauna and cold dip. It's so beneficial to my wellbeing. It's a very relaxed atmosphere. Our group was awesome. Everyone chatted and shared their experiences and encouraged one another. A great way to meet new people who share similar interests. I'll be back for sure.
