I had Henrique for a work office massage + 15 min cupping and I can tell you it was one of the best massage I've had in Montreal. He took his time and had the end I felt as light as a feather. Also the girl as the desk as good customer service skills!

Loved my experience at the Spa vert! The ambiance is calming, the people that work there from reception to others therapist that you didn’t even book with are super kind. Appreciate the fact that people don’t speak unless needed and always whispering. The service of my Thaï massage for 90mins was amazing. I felt safe, heard & cared for with Petra. She have that great energy you need to feel present & relax in your own body. I usually have insomnia but after my visit, I went home and sleep didn’t fight to find me. I strongly recommend this spa & Petra! 11/10

Easy 5 stars! Everything about the service from the start, until the end was fantastic. It was easy to find. It's located on floor 3 of the building with their signage. The masseuses are very talented, respectful and effective. They introduced themselves and we made aquantinces before we begun which made us more comfortable. I must've left with a dozen less knots in my back. Carl and Lyne were our professionals for a duo massage. Carl evidently is very knowledgeable about kinesthetic and biology. You can tell that he is good at reading body language to be able to provide the perfect amount of pressure and to slowly stimulate muscle groups that may be more sensitive or ticklish. It's hard to get knots as effectively as Carl without communication or excessive pain and he did great. So gentle and relaxing, but he knows when to use appropriate force and/or focus on specific problematic muscles or techniques to fit your needs, which are discussed first. We were greeted with water, tea, and a smile. The process was so easy and a good price. The amount of effort, skill, and hospitality demands a good tip!

My work is high stress and physically demanding. Spa Vert is an absolute oasis for me and I look forward to my frequent treatments there. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, and no matter which therapist has treated me, i leave feeling relaxed and spoiled. I highly recommend Diane for shiatsu and energy work, and Pnina for therapeutic massage.

I love massages, but I’m particularly difficult when it comes to them. I often leave a massage feeling kind of let down by the experience. All that changed today when I booked my appointment with Rodin at Spa Vert. This man is an actual genie and has the most gloriously strong - yet soft - hands that have ever graced my body ( I’m speaking strictly in a professional client and masseuse manner, but still, don’t tell my boyfriend!). I’ve been to spa vert before and they have great massage therapists - but this one, THIS ONE, I will go to until the day one of us dies or he quits or I creep him out too much. Whichever comes first.

I have had back pain for years because of a sedentary lifestyle, and I have been to several massage therapists and physiotherapists and then I found Ling. I want to give her a thumbs up since she’s the only one who can help me release and heal my pain. Ling is very professional very gentle and knowledgeable. She can find knots in muscles you didn’t even know you had! she knows where to focus. I always leave feeling refreshed, relaxed, and with reduced muscle soreness. Plus, a beautiful, private space with a wonderful atmosphere. Highly recommend. Your muscles will thank you!
