First time visiting and will not be the last. Had a massage by Pierre-Luc and it was one of the best massages I've had. He spent time on my problem areas and provided an overall relaxing massage. Access to the Sheraton amenities is a huge plus,really enjoyed the whirlpool and indoor pool after my massage.

I had the pleasure of having a massage by stéfane, needless to say it genuinely was the best massage I’ve ever had. I want to put one star genuinely just due to the distance to my residence in Toronto! That’s how good it was I’ve had my fair share of massages going for them approximately 1-2 a month, stéfane honestly was INCREDIBLE. The massage, was a deep tissue massage and I swear to god this man massaged knots out of not only this life but my next life too! Hands like shovels, the strength/grip of a farmer, technique of angel, he was extremely firm while never over doing it, a very rare intricate balance that he never crossed… which many often do. He does use breathing techniques which to some could be off putting/not relaxing but while receiving a deep tissue massage, some noise from your masseuse is to be expected. Honestly 2 minutes in it was the last thing I was thinking about. An incredible shame he’s so far away! But an incredible massage nonetheless. If you ever find yourself in Montreal, this isn’t your typical run of the mill hotel massage, this crème de le crème of massages

I had a massage with Ms. Lyne this afternoon. She’s a REALLY nice lady, very kind and makes me feel cared. I always have a hard time falling asleep, but with her gentle moves, I was actually able to take a nap. It’s my first spa experience in Montreal, and she definitely made it a great one which deserves the 5star rate! Also surprised to know that all massage therapists here are actually properly trained and certificated (things are not like that in my country though).

I was staying at the Sheraton and booked a massage since hotel spas tend to be on the nicer end. This spa was very basic which would have been okay if at least the massage was good and room not cold with a draft. I was cold the whole time, and there was only a towel to partially be covered with. I would not go again.

I went there for a 45mins massage, I had a lot of tension in the shoulders and I left completely relaxed. By booking a massage you also get access to some of the facilities which are well kept and clean. The staff is very friendly and professional. Would recommend!
