I went for my very first massage ever today at Tai’s Vitality. Steph was the person who helped me. I got the 75 minute with Hot Rocks massage. It was so relaxing. The hot rocks is a nice too, it feels like melting butter and melting all your cares away. I will be definitely going back in the near future.

Was referred to Tai by a friend after lifting 2 - 40Kg bags of salt in the winter of 2020. Resulting in two herniated discs in my lower back L4L5 and L5 S1. Tai treated my acute pain with massage until my discs cooled enough to be treated with traction and chiropractic. She helped me Find an awesome Chiropractor - Dr Phil Smith at Welcome to Wellness. Who I continue to see. I’m so grateful I walked into her clinic. Thanks Tai.
