I had a hair cut by Cassia and was very pleased with it. She was attentive, listened patiently to what I wanted, and really took her time. She gave a great hair massage and scrub during the wash, and styled it so nice in the end. The studio itself was clean and really nicely decorated. Will go back :)

My son had his hair cut by Nafiseh and he’s so disappointed. We showed her a photo of a previous hair cut he had for reference and she gave him a Great Clips special. It looked nothing like what he wanted. I wish I’d read her reviews earlier.

I got my hair cut, coloured and styled yesterday by Nafiseh… I told her very specifically what I wanted (natural looking balayage with curtain bangs). She exceeded my expectations, I am so so happy with the result she did an incredible job! She wasn’t rushed she took the time to really understand what I wanted and gave very good advice on what to do with my hair. I will 100% be coming back to Nafiseh. I Highly recommend Nafiseh! Thank you thank you thank you!!!

Today I got my balayage and haircut with Nafiseh. She was so nice & knowledgeable and explained the whole process to me. I’m so obsessed with my new hair style. I highly recommend Nafiseh to anyone who wants healthy and fresh hair!

I normally don’t ever write reviews but I just needed to share this. I checked on Google and their hours said open at 10 AM Sunday so I came and they were not open. I messaged them on Instagram but no one responded. I came back later in the day to purchase a gift card for my mom and the girl at the front said she didn’t know how to make one so to come back tomorrow. I cannot make it back over the next two days and I have already been there twice today. I asked if she could call anyone or ask one of the people who was there and she said no so I just left. It’s just really unfortunate that she couldn’t ask someone and that she is not trained in how to ring through a gift card right before Christmas. I would suggest updating your hours on Google and training your staff so you don’t lose business.

Nafiseh at Techniks has been my stylist for the last 6 months and always exceeds my expectations. For a guy I am pretty picky with who I trust with my hair and I always get complements after haircuts with Nafiseh so I keep coming back. The salon itself is very pleasant, offering drinks and products.
