First time in for this service, the rainbow scalp massage was incredibly relaxing. The head spa also includes a mini facial which is the cherry on the top. My daughter and I were so amazed with Michelle and her service. She was very kind and did the most wonderful job. They not only massage your head in different ways, they also thoroughly wash your hair and blow dry at the end. For sure will recommend this place to my family and friends.

I had the most lovely, relaxing, and rejuvenating experience yesterday morning at The Zen Den in Hamilton. Alessandra did my treatment, and she was very warm and friendly from the moment I walked in. She also gently checked in throughout the treatment to ensure I was comfortable, relaxed, and content (not too cold, not too hot, and making sure the pressure she used was the right amount). I also got to meet Michelle, the owner, who is very kind and welcoming. The head spa treatment included a fantastic scalp massage, an invigorating shampoo, and a whole bunch more great things, and ended with a lovely brush out and blow dry of my hair. They used Moroccan Oil products which left my hair feeling luscious and soft. Easily accessible by transit, and parking is available if you're driving. So glad I was introduced to this place, and I can't wait to return soon!

I would like to give this place 10 stars or more. I recommend this place to everyone to go and try it. I had a great experience over there, and the ladies who are working there are such a great, kind, caring, and friendly. they do their job with professional experience. I booked already with them in January.

Had such a relaxing time with Lee today. She was really thorough in explaining everything and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The head massage was so soothing, and my skin felt fantastic after the facial. The calm vibe of the spa really made it an even better experience. I’d definitely recommend it if you want a quiet escape!

Michelle is absolutely lovely! The 2 hour deluxe spa package was exactly what I needed after a busy week. You will feel completely relaxed and without a care. It was hard to leave at the end! The scalp massage & exfoliation feels heavenly and the spas is extremely clean & welcoming. Michelle is kind, caring and very professional.
