I went to Treasure You Spa for a deep cleansing facial and I could not be more happy. I wasn't sure what to expect as I had never been to this Spa before, however prior to attending, the Google reviews were great. I had Katherine and she was fantastic. So sweet and personable. The Spa itself is quite large, clean and very pretty inside. All Staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. I loved it here and have already booked a HydraFacial for my next visit which I am looking forward to. I would 100% recommend Treasure You Spa to anyone looking!

VERY disappointed and disgusted with the unprofessionalism of this spa. I had booked a HydraFacial WEEKS in advance to ensure it was done before a wedding I was part of. The day of my appointment, I was told by the manager they needed to cancel as the esthetician had called in sick. This was irritating as I had planned my day accordingly as well as booked a babysitter for my baby twins. That being said, I was understanding and agreeable to another date and time for the following week. The day of my new appointment, I got a text message from an unknown number less than 1.5 hours before my appointment stating it was the esthetician and she needed to cancel as she was running late from her other place of employment. I called the number to speak to this individual and there was absolutely no empathy, apology or understanding. The esthetician was very rude and abrasive and stated she had a meeting and it did not make sense for her to "trek all the way back to Milton for our appointment." I explained that this is now twice I have had a last minute cancellation and it is very upsetting as I arranged for a babysitter yet again and the wedding I am a part of is next week. She clearly couldn't care less, was very blunt and short. I have also contacted the manager and left a voicemail and have not heard back. If you value your time and wish to spend money at a spa that actually treats its clients with respect, do NOT go here.

I live close by to this spa and would love to occasionally drop in for a massage or facial however NOBODY EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. I can understand if it’s once in a while a call can be missed but I LITTERALLY (no exaggeration) CALLED 5x a day multiple days a week trying to book an appointment. What’s the point of even being open for business if you can’t answer the phone?..I don’t like leaving bad reviews so once I notice they answer calls properly I will delete this review.

Absolutely my new favourite spa! Has all the services I look for and super convenient location! I get all my anti aging services done here while my daughter gets her virtually painless laser hair removal! So happy with all of our results. Thank you!

I recently visited treasure you med spa for the first time and I had an amazing experience ! Raquel was so friendly and very knowledgeable I could tell right from the start my facial was going to be great. I also had a waxing service done and she made it a breeze. Overall great service can’t wait to go back!

I'm a grandmother of 8, after having my treatments at Treasure You Ned Spa, by visiting nurse Core a few times and have highly professional services done by profession staff, you would not believe my age. My face skin looking bright, fresh, my wrinkles are all done, most of all looking amazingly young. The way I'm looking causes my friends to get jealous, so they started getting services also.

I found about this through gropoun.My facial is done by katherine she went above and beyond and resolve my concerns About bumps on my face.She took her time and did all my extractions. I love all the services and more over i am highly satisfied with katherine.
