Like most women I have unwanted hair...but I would say that it was my biggest insecurity having facial hair. I started my hair removal journey a few years back. Originally with a different company. But I have to say that once I had one treatment at Uncover U Lasers, I have never been anywhere else. Not only does Bienka know what she is doing she is kind and makes you feel comfortable. The technology that she is able to provide is far better then anywhere else I have been. Quicker treatment time and no gel needed to do the laser treatment. Also I have noticed the hair removal is more permanent then other treatment that requires constant upkeep. I'm 100% happy with my results and plan to start other areas with Uncover U Lasers. Thank you for helping me feel happier when I look in the mirror.

Bienka is incredible! She is the perfect combination of personal and professional. She follows-up to make sure I tolerated the treatment well, she keeps good documentation of each visit to adjust the laser accordingly, and the room is always spotless. I have received laser hair removal from two other places with ZERO results. I thought I had given up any hope of seeing real results. Until I met Bienka. She has completely turned all of my bad experiences in the past around. I am actually seeing results and I can’t wait until the end of my treatment to see the full results of laser hair removal once and for all. I’ve been going to Synergy for over a year now and I’m so impressed with my laser results! I’ve gone to a few places before and no where has given me results like Synergy. After reading many positive reviews, I had high hopes. Well I am happy to say I was not let down! This place has great reviews for a reason! Right when you walk in, Bienka makes you feel so comfortable, and her office is spotless and you can see her machines are new. She is so warm and friendly, I felt like all we were missing was a glass of wine! I had laser before, so I didn't have many questions. Although I am certain she would answer anything you ask honestly, as she clearly takes a lot of pride in her work, and she is NOT in it to rip you off at all. & like I said, I had laser before, and never was it done so fast and painless. I even asked her... "is that it!?" It has always taken longer and stung a little. By time I left, I couldn't even see I had it done, I had no redness or swelling. I made sure to book my follow up appointments before I left because I know I would not want to go anywhere else now! If you are thinking... debating... reading a bunch of reviews etc... please take my word and just go to her! Laser is private, and often we feel embarrassed we're having it done, and she made me feel so comfortable, like it was my own friend doing it for me. Such an awesome girl, I hope to stick with her over the years and watch her blow up! Cant wait for my next appointment :)

I first heard of this business because it's right down the road from me and I had just had a bad experience with another laser hair removal place. I was skeptical at first, didn't know what to expect but I am so happy I made an appointment! It feels like you're walking into a lush spa, the decor is beautiful and spotless. Bienka is knowledgeable, professional and so easy to talk to. When you're in some state of undress that's important! She has all the latest equipment and what a difference they make. Before it would take over a half hour for a Brazilian and be very painful. Now, 10 minutes later and virtually pain-free I'm done. Her prices are extremely good since there is no rent to pay for a store or a receptionist. The freedom of not having to shave has been worth every penny. I went in for laser hair removal, seen all the other services she provides and am now doing a cellulite treatment. I've battled it for decades and I'm finally seeing some amazing results! I've always tried to support local businesses and I couldn't be happier knowing that I support a beautiful, young woman like Bienka who has 2 adorable little ones.
