I got injured at the gym a couple of months ago and my co-worker recommended me to try out Unihealth North Burnaby. It was very easy to obtain an appointment with the help from their super friendly receptionist. I have been coming here for a while now and I have to say I am very satisfied with all the services they offer. I recently had the opportunity to try out acupuncture for the very first time and it was such a pleasant experience. At first I was afraid that the procedure would be painful but the acupuncturist was extremely gentle and performed professionally. I would highly recommend this location to all!
I have been to Unihealth at the North Burnaby branch for a while. I have tried three acupuncturists. They are all very professional. The receptionist is also really nice and welcoming. I feel comfortable and relax when I go for a visit. I will recommend my friend to try it out. Shirley Li
Hurt my back and sis bought me some bundle of massages that they offer. Ain't no Spa Utopia but the back sure feels great after walking outta there each time. Price seems right, likely will buy more sessions when my credit runs out.
Been a member for 1 year now. Love the combo they offer (half massage & half acupuncture). I was afraid of needles before and now I go every two weeks to release my stress and enjoy my massage.
The new office staff works during the weekdays in this location wasn't nice at all. She delegate her responsibility to her colleague who works in the weekend. This clinic has some managerial issues and employee engagement issue. Due to this issues, the performance of the service will have many limitations.
