Jade / Uphills is an exceptional place. Not only did Jade make me feel safe, cared for and heard, but she also went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and demonstrated a clear sense of her craft. I came in to her salon very apprehensive and left with the utmost confidence. She gave me a new sense of self and I only regret that I didn’t start this microblading process sooner with her.

I really wish I didn't have to leave this review because the lady that did my treatment was absolutely amazing and so nice to me! However the actual treatment did not turn out well. My less then 24 hours after the treatment I had multiple lashes fall out, and another multiple start going all different directions (mainly laying flat/horizontal against my eyelid). The brows were uneven, but as someone who never got my brows done I wasn't expecting as much from the treatment as I didn't know what to expect. I was disappointed with the lashes but thought maybe this was what was suppose to happen...however, after lots and lots of research I found out that this is not the normal :(

I’ve been a client of Jade’s for many years and every time her services are professional and caring. From micro needling to micro blading, every treatment has been a wonderful experience! She explains everything throughly so you’re not nervous and makes sure you’re comfortable and relaxed. The salon is gorgeous and very inviting and you feel welcome from the moment you walk in! I’ll keep going back for a long time to come!

This place is the best discovery of 2023. I am beyond happy to have found this place. I absolutely love my lymphatic drainage sessions with Emma, she’s a gem. It’s now part of my new routine. Also I cannot thank Jade enough for making my skin glow. I just started the nano fractional laser treatment for my acne scars and I can already see a huge improvement and my skin is glowing. Cannot recommend this place enough :)

Had a great experience at Uphills! The place is beautiful, elegant, clean and is a very calming and soothing environment. They actually have a parking lot at the back! Which is amazing and rare for any spot located downtown. The staff is friendly, Knowledgeable, professional and really care about your comfort and experience. Jade did an amazing job on the services she provided to me, looking forward to my next appointment!

I loved my experience here, do yourself a favour and go to the best the first time. I received brow shading from Jade, she is so professional, kind and talented, her attention to detail is second to none. I could not be more in love with my brows, the placement/technique is so precise and in balance with my face, and they look so natural. The beautiful spa atmosphere and decor at Uphills really adds to the experience as well, I would not go anywhere else for my brows. Thank you!
