I love this place! The decor is fun and funky —think Commercial Drive-meets-pop culture —and the staff are friendly, professional, and talented. Tiana is a living god; go see her if you’re experiencing a lot of internalized stress and tight back muscles. She helped me a lot, with stretches I still use to this day! Highly recommend. Great location.

OMG My wife and I both had a massage with Kayla this week, and it was actually an amazing experience. We have moved numerous times, lived in four Provinces and have had massages by many Therapists for many years; but none would compare to the treatments we rec'd this week. The Hot Stone Treatment was incredible. I felt soooo energized and just plain happy when I left the clinic today, and would very highly recommend a massage by Kayla, and definitely try the 'Hot Stone Treatment'.

I booked here based on a recommendation from my partner. The original therapist that he recommended was unfortunately fully booked so I booked with Tiana Stoddart. I had never been for a massage before and was nervous about it. Tiana was very warm, welcoming and friendly. She put me at ease right away and was very encouraging to ask any questions I may have. She also made sure to talk about aftercare at home and possible future treatment options. 10/10 will be booking again!

Consistently fantastic experience - after a difficult time at work, the massage Tiana gave me felt like it brought me back to life, it relaxed and energized at the same time. Sharleen is also an excellent massage therapist; she has a very soothing energy she brings into her work. The practice is professional and fun, with unexpected, carefully curated decor. Every time I go, I think I should come back more often...
