This place is awesome! The staff is super friendly and respectful. I had a deep tissue massage with Helen and it was great. She had asked me what areas to focus on at the beginning, but as she found other tight areas that I didn’t specify, she would give them the focus required to relax them. I left there relaxed and very happy. Definitely recommend!

Amazing Massage Therapist! Helene is incredible! She quickly identified my problem areas and tailored the massage perfectly to my needs. I left feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and pain-free. I took the massage service. it is really good and effective. nice welcoming and high quality service. Only thing that I didn't like it about asking Tip (in a way of somehow Mandatory) at cash. Normally massage is the service that cost and tips all are included. not understanding why is requesting for Tip and if you don't pay tip, no one say goodbye to you. It happened for me.

Juliet has magic hands! She truly is the BEST! I had a 30 min neck/head massage this past weekend and it was incredible! She is professional, skilled, sincere and very passionate about providing the best care possible to her clients. Highly recommend her to family and friends. Also enjoyed my overall experience with West Spa - very courteous and responsive staff at reception, clean and quiet lounge space- it was perfect and will definitely come back.

Awesome staff and service! I went for deep tissue massage, and I was treated by Noor. I was impressed by her treatment and technique. She made sure that all the tension that was built up is released. Im really grateful that such service is provided with deep care of the clients.
