I recently had a pleasant massage session with Fiona at Zen Wellness and was very happy with the service overall. However, the one aspect that prevents me from giving a full five-star rating is the cleanliness, particularly regarding the sheets. While they didn’t appear to be single-use sheets, I wasn’t entirely comfortable with their condition. For my next visit, I plan to bring my own sheets to ensure a more satisfying experience. Aside from this issue, everything else was excellent, and Fiona’s skill and professionalism were commendable.

I woke up not being able to bend my right knee from extreme pain. Emergency didn't help as xray showed nothing and MRI in ontario is non existent. Patrick got me walking within 3 visits the same week, with visible and significant improvements after each session. Incredible improvement due to his understanding of the underlying issue.

Best massage I have ever gotten. The establishment is extremely clean, professional and comfortable. I would recommend the services Kassie Lloyd to anyone looking for some relief from their stressful and hectic daily lives. Times and prices are reasonable and they are amazing with reminder notifications.

This was my first experience with osteopathic. Pat was friendly and answered any and all the questions I had. He explained what would happen during my treatment and made me feel very comfortable. I have continued my treatment and look forward to my treatment. The waiting room is calm, peaceful, and clean.
