Anytime anyone I know needs a massage therapist, I say, “Hey, I know the person just for you.” I met Tara several years ago as part of a business networking group and she has been my masssage therapist ever since. Not only is she great at relaxing the tension in my muscles (which there often is), she provides an atmosphere of such relaxed comfort that it simply outshines any other massage experience I’ve had in the last 10 years. Plus there is her dog, Whiskey. A great massage and a chance to pet a dog? I don’t think I could ask for more.

Tara has been my professional massage therapist for about 5 years, and never fails to impress me with her ability to quickly and accurately diagnose and treat the underlying cause of my aches and pains.... But she has been elevated to HERO STATUS by taking care of my 90-year old grandmother last week. My grandmother is super able-bodied, but took a fall a few months ago after walking a few kilometres and then hitting and uneven piece of sidewalk. She has been silently suffering in neck pain for months, but finally admitted she has been hurting. Well, Tara got her in right away, and made my grandma feel RIGHT AT EASE. Despite never having had a massage before, Tara helped my grandmother understand what was going to happen, made sure the massage bed was at the perfect height, made sure my grandmother was always comfortable and in control of what was going on, gave her excellent after-care instructions, and most importantly, made my grandmother FEEL BETTER. 10 out of 10 for sure.

My favourite massage therapist by far. Comfortable, relaxing and deep tissue when you need it. Tara knows just what to do to fix my issues. Plus the super friendly, happy dog, Whiskey always makes me smile. ❤️

Tara does a great job at giving a therapeutic massage. Helps relax even the most stressed out of people. Plus she is very aware of your needs and concerns, wearing a mask when requested and focusing on problem areas you mention. I've been going to her for a few years and will continue to do so!
