"Hi guys, just wanted to share my last experience there, to make it clear usually I was excited by their services, but not yesterday. I brought photos what I exactly wanted, and the hairdresser made a hair cut that was not even half as on the pic. When I told her that I am not satisfied with that she started being nervous and continued to cut my hair, later almost all the stuff was blaming me. It was so horrible to sit there and do not know how to escape. I told it is ok just to get out of there and paid 40 dollars for that. They continued to tell me that I need to get use to it. Now my hair is too short to do anything with and I have to wear a hat almost all of the time, I feel so bad. And I know my hair will grow in two or three months. But I feel betrayed by a specialist whom I trusted and payed. I share my story in case that it will be helpful to someone else"

"Horrible experience I have been several times for my eyelashes last couple visits told the lady of terrible job on my lashes, made me pay more and she argued with me. The last visit was 3 weeks ago it was horrible got huge infection spent 150$ elsewhere to remove and repair lashes..
