"I use to enjoy going here because it was close by. Be careful with the online booking system. If you book incorrectly within 24hrs, there’s no option to cancel. They will charge you $35 every time. No exceptions. No customer service. I’m all for paying a penalty fee (which I have there in the past). But If I book an appointment online and try to cancel (but it won’t allow me to), so I call and leave a message and they still charge me, I won’t be back. Services were ok."

"I had a very frustrating experience with this business. On two separate occasions, they failed to properly mark my appointment. The first time, I called to cancel, and they informed me that I didn’t have an appointment at all. The second time, I received a reminder for my appointment, but when I showed up, the door was closed with a sign saying they were in session. A lady saw me but didn’t acknowledge me, and it seemed like she was with a patient. It was clear that my appointment had been canceled without any prior notice to me. I immediately emailed and left a voicemail, but no one ever reached out to address the situation. This lack of respect and communication is unacceptable, and I am extremely disappointed with how I was treated."
