"Went for a couples massage (which was fantastic) and truly enjoyed our afternoon there. When we first got there, I got out of the car and spilled my entire coffee on me. The lady at reception (Yvette) was unbelievably helpful and washed my sweater for me during the service and brought it out clean, after we stayed to swim and enjoy the facility. We’ll be back again and recommend this spa to anyone wanting to rest and recharge."

"The service was excellent, and they were very accommodating. My wife and I enjoyed a couples massage and were highly satisfied with the results. We adore the historical charm of the facility and the swimming area. The inclusion of amenities like a sauna, pool, and hot tub ensured a relaxing experience before and after the massage. It would enhance the experience if they offered a variety of tea options and a few more snack choices. Nonetheless, we will definitely return!"

"The spa is beautiful and the staff are wonderful. The hot tub is large. The facility is clean. The massage was good. Snacks and coffee bar is excellent. The downside is the difficulty contacting the spa. It is extremely difficult to get a hold of a person on the phone for booking. I called multiple times to book and the phone was never answered. They should hire someone specifically to answer the phone. Voicemail is a thing of the past that only your mom uses. Also, the swimming pool was a bit on the cold side for my liking, but I am a bit of a princess."

"I visit RnR every month for a massage, and I absolutely adore them! The therapists are incredibly skilled, professional and personable. The front desk ladies are so wonderful - they consistently go above and beyond to ensure my experience is memorable. "My RMT was Radwa Nasr, highly recommended her. From the way she conducted the massage, her calming tone/voice and demeanour led to an excellent relaxing time. For Radwa, it’s a 5 star. Regarding the amenities: the locker room can feel narrow, the shower had run out of conditioner and body wash, even though diving in the pool is prohibited, two sets of kids were diving over and over again, and splashing everyone, and the staff did not intervene, it was quite disruptive and felt like a kid’s amusement park pool. Appreciated the tranquility room, wish it was bigger and patrons respected the quiet/no electronics rules. Also appreciated validation of parking."

"Super upsetting afternoon spent here. I would not recommend. Willing to pay the price for a good massage & amenities but not when you are expected to shower with bugs. This was not the only issue the steam room was down for 35 minutes (which is okay things happen) but what was not okay was the manager arguing with me that it was working. Until his employee corrected him with the right information that it was in fact not working. I had asked the massage therapist 3 times for lighter pressure, I did not want a deep tissue massage but instead a relaxation massage.. See photos attached of bugs in shower."
