"Very disappointed with the owner, had 3 stylists leave due to their interactions. Never once will you be reminded to type in your drivers liscense for the parking, never once will they mention an elevator (handicapped) . Owner is defensive and angry. Sorry for whatever is happening in your life. I sat in your chair for 7 hours 4/5 times , got charged for it. Colour didn’t stick and now my hairs dried and fried for the first time in 7 yrs. Never had my hair fall out faster, weaves are bad but this was a colour touch up and bought bags of cheap hair, I did not approve and wasn’t asked if I wanted to switch companies. I am honest to a T, I did like the colour but it ran out and now it’s just black so I’d like a refund, take the hair out I have plenty…wait you also threw out hair without my permission. Hundreds just tossed. I loved my stylist, she’s amazing, I hope one day she’ll leave like they always do."

Orah really does a great job at making the client feel welcome and relaxed. The atmosphere is trendy but not pretentious, the music is calming and the service is top notch. She had me on my birthday, and took her time with my cuticles, handled my heavy legs with elegance and scrubbed my size 15 feet with pure confidence.
