"We walked in earlier and they said we can call anytime. Then I called a few days later and the lady on the phone was like “who are you looking for?” And I’m like “oh I was wondering if you have any time today….” Then she cut me off with “no time” So I just hung up. Super rude over the phone. Also I spoke to her in Chinese so there’s no confusion in any language barrier. She’s just rude."

"Phoned them on a Sunday with a sore back, very difficult to understand, they were very brief on the phone when booking a last minute appointment. When I arrived for my appointment they told me that they can’t provide receipts for the service. Something is fishy, I questioned the legitimacy of the business with the employee and they stuttered with words before I walked out on them. Assured the employee I’d be leaving a review of my experience. Wasted my time."

He showed up at 1 and was told the business does not give receipts for insurance? They got on the phone to call someone and repeated no receipt for insurance. Please exercise caution before coming here."
