"Evolve Thermal Spa offered a luxurious escape from the moment we arrived, with a warm greeting and effortless check-in process that set a tone of relaxation. The changing room, featuring private stalls and showers stocked with premium amenities, added to the sense of tranquility. A tour of the spa revealed a spacious gathering space with a bar offering drinks and snacks, which we happily partook in! The thermal spa itself was a sanctuary of relaxation, boasting dry and steam saunas, a cold plunge bath, invigorating cold pull bucket drops, waterfall showers, and a serene salt relaxation room. The generous layout allowed us to unwind in comfort and style. Accompanied by three friends, we enjoyed a splendid experience, finding a harmonious balance between tranquility and sociability that encouraged mindful enjoyment while respecting others' space. Throughout our visit, the staff's kindness and attentiveness enhanced our time at the spa. Being here felt like a true haven of rejuvenation!"

"We visited your space about a month ago & left feeling lifted, recharged & relaxed! We had Maddi taking care of us and her outstanding charm was worth the trip in. She made sure we were taken care of on all fronts and we truly felt she was a master in her craft! We will return - & thank you again Maddi, for making our experience 10/10. Lovely facility."

"My friend and I came here a couple weekends ago as part of a belated birthday celebration. When we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and the staff were pleasant. They showed us to the change rooms and told us to sit in the waiting area once we were changed so they could give us a tour since it was our first time. We waited and nobody came to get us to show us around. Finally, we asked the bartender and she gave us a brief tour and showed us to the thermal spa. The duration of our time there was not relaxing at all! Groups of people were talking very loudly, watching videos on their phones, etc. We tried to enjoy it as much as we could but we ended up spending the majority of our time just sitting in the waiting area and trying to relax. We also booked services (a massage and a facial) while we were there. The spa put us in the same room, which we weren’t upset about but we just didn’t know. During our services, the two service providers were whispering to one another and having a conversation and during my friend’s facial, her aesthetician was on her phone texting. She even left the room during the service for a few minutes at one point which felt a bit disruptive. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience for what we thought would be relaxing and enjoyable. My friend emailed the spa a couple days after hoping they’d find a way to rectify it or at least apologize but she never got a reply."

"Booked a spa experience and massage as part of our honeymoon and it exceeded expectations on all fronts! Staff was incredible from check-in to cash-out. Beautiful, cozy, and super welcoming! Would 10/10 recommend everyone try this location at least once. The drinks and food were a huge plus for both myself and my husband, and the steamroom was a personal favourite!"

The staff were all on point and very attentive to us, the thermal spa was very relaxing and I never felt more refreshed leaving a business! The drinks and food we had were delicious and hit the point and the massages were on point as well! Could not recommend Evolve enough!"

The saunas provided a relaxing atmosphere, allowing me to unwind completely. The service was top notch; the staff was friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even better. I can't wait to return for another visit!"

"Absolutely horrible atmosphere, I walked in today with my son looking for a different shop, but not only was I not greeted by anyone in the store, the music blasting was some of the most vulgar gangster rap I have ever heard being played in public, let alone a wellness clinic, and I’m all for listening to gangster rap from time to time, but why is any store -specifically a WELLNESS CLINIC - blasting the most vulgar gangster rap I have ever had the displeasure of standing there with my 4 year old listening to, literally repeating the n word this n word that, and then this white blond girl comes out of nowhere from the back after 5 full minutes, no sorry didn’t hear you (how could she) or how can I help you - just rudely asking me what I want. the vibes were just really bad. I don’t care what type of wellness services you offer, I will not feel well stepping in or out of that clinic. Ever. Ever again."
