"Front desk worker Hilary was extremely rude and unprofessional. When asked why I wasn’t given my full allotted time of a 30 minute scalp massage after my 30 minute back massage she responded “your massage therapist went 22 minutes over the allotted 30 minute massage so you only have 15 minutes for your next appointment”. How is that my fault? She also wanted me to pay the $65 for the full scalp massage service when I only received 15 minutes. When I said no, I’ll pay for what I received she said “well then it comes out of the massage therapist pocket” … again, how that is the responsibility of the client is beyond me. She then continued to say things like, it should be common sense that you went over your allotted time when you book two appointments times back to back and you don’t account for getting dressed and undressed. Since when does the client need to consider these things when at a spa, and if that is the case where is it listed on your website that this is the protocol for everyone to follow. I booked these appointments online and they were approved by your website not to mentioned approved by another receptionist that called me 2 days before my appointment to confirm all the details. This is the very short version of the story and I am holding back on the various unprofessional comments and conversation that came from Hilary. I can’t believe the amount of disrespect that Hilary gave to me and how the situation was handled. Not something you want to experience at a spa of all places. Will not return."
